Guests enjoy access to the building's brand-new indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna facility, completed in 2026.
The free Summit Stage bus stops right outside the building and provides access throughout Summit County, including Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco, Keystone, and connections to the area's ski resorts. Many guests also choose to drive a short distance to nearby transit centers and ride the free bus directly to the resorts, avoiding parking fees and winter driving concerns.
Cancellation Policy:
• 97% refund if canceled 30+ days before arrival
• 47% refund if canceled 15–29 days before arrival
• No refunds within 15 days of arrival
Please note that a 3% credit card processing fee is non-refundable because it is charged by the payment processor at the time of booking and is not returned to us if a reservation is canceled.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
